Feature Breakdowns
1. Ignite Modules I Segmentation - Account Manager v9.4.0 introduces segmentation capabilities for Ignite Modules where you can segment by Account Group, Location (Price Code or Section), and Attendance. This new version of the SDK will enforce the segmentation you set in the CMS, allowing you to deliver a truly personalized experience for fans within your app.
2. Ignite Modules I Account Manager WebView Links - When a client selects one of the predefined WebView URLs while creating custom modules in the Account Manager CMS, Single Sign-On (SSO) to your app is automatically enabled. This means fans don’t have to sign-in again after clicking the link, enhancing ticketing and purchase management directly within your modules. The available WebView links include:
- Bulk Transfer
- Post-Purchase Add-ons
- Seat Upgrade Flow
- Exchange Flow
- Return Flow
- Donate to Charity
- More Ticket Actions
- Invoice Flow
- Donation Flow
3. Ticket Details Page Redesign - We’ve redesigned the ticket management experience to help you deliver a modern, intuitive interface for fans. With this update, fans can now view all their tickets in one streamlined view, making navigation faster and more engaging. The new design supports both Dark and Light Mode, replaces the old carousel with a clean vertical layout, and introduces sticky action buttons for quick access to transfer, sell, and upgrade options.
A dedicated “One View Tickets” button ensures effortless navigation, while the new Event Extras tab for Archtics events showcases post-purchase add-ons—creating additional revenue opportunities by highlighting upsell options directly in your app and on the web. This delivers a best-in-class experience that keeps fans engaged and satisfied.

4. Ticket (Barcode) Page Redesign - The ticket page has been reimagined to deliver a sleek, modern design that surfaces all the key details fans need at a glance. This update enhances security with accelerometer-based animations for added authenticity and blocks screenshots or recordings to protect ticket integrity.
Fans will enjoy an interactive wayfinding experience with full-screen venue navigation. The barcode is now positioned at the top for faster scanning, seat details are more readable, and Face-Value Exchange tickets are highlighted for clarity. Additional ticket information, such as seat attributes, is presented more gracefully, and the page supports both Light and Dark Mode for a personalized look. This redesign not only improves usability but also elevates the overall fan experience with a premium, intuitive interface.

5. Assign | Group Admin Flow - Fans managing tickets but not attending the event (e.g., suite managers) can now use Assign to grant ticket access to their guests without first having to select a ticket for themself. Fans can select if they want to transfer full ownership or assign ticket access only to their recipients. They can select a ticket for themself if they are attending, then use the Assign flow to grant ticket access while retaining ownership and full control of the ticket(s).
In the Account Manager CMS, you can designate which fans have access to this version of the Assign flow. When Assign is on for the event, you can enable this flow for all tickets for the event or specify certain price codes within the event for which this feature should/should not be enabled, and it applies to fans accessing both Account Manager on the web and your app.

6. Assign I Dependent Customizations - You now have an alternative option for “Dependent” when configuring the Assign flow for Archtics events. You can choose “Guest” in place of “Dependent” and adjust the copy to focus on adding additional tickets instead of attending with those who need assistance. Within the Account Manager CMS, you can set this globally at the site level in Ticket Management > Ticket Messaging or the event level in the Event Manager, and this will apply to fans using assign both on Account Manager and your app. For Host tickets, the assign flow stays the same as it is currently.

7. Resale I Mexico Host Support - Fans attending events in Mexico can now seamlessly post their tickets for resale through your app. With the Sell button enabled, fans have the flexibility to list and resell their tickets, delivering a smooth and secure experience. This enhancement reflects our commitment to expanding globally and ensuring fans everywhere have access to essential ticket management capabilities.
