Feature Breakdowns
Accessibility
To remain aligned with ADA accessibility standards and provide all fans with a seamless experience accessing their events and tickets, we’ve introduced the following updates.
VoiceOver (iOS) and TalkBack (Android)
- Clearer navigation: Screen readers now announce section, row, and seat values in the correct order for a more natural listening experience.
- Smarter form fields: When you're transferring tickets, screen readers now tell fans which fields are required, such as first name, last name, email, and mobile number, before the fan starts typing.
- Improved error feedback: Error messages in the transfer menu now include a visual error indicator with proper accessibility labels, allowing screen reader users to know immediately when something needs attention.
- Enhanced button descriptions: Actions like "Add to Calendar" and field-clearing buttons now have clear labels.
- Country code selection: The country code selector announces both the country name and code, making transfers easier to complete.
Language Support
- Global language support: All accessibility labels are supported across multiple languages, so fans around the world get the same great experience.
Ticket Redesign Enhancements
We’re introducing even more updates to the ticket page redesign to deliver enhanced visual presentation, improved post-entry experiences, and better support for premium ticket types. These updates create a more polished, intuitive experience for your fans.
- VIP Text Display - Tickets now prominently display VIP text when present, making premium experiences immediately recognizable. This is only available for Archtics clients.
- Post-Entry Barcode Display - After a ticket is scanned, the barcode now automatically collapses to reduce confusion and gives event staff added confidence in authenticity. Fans have better visibility of event imagery and can easily tap to re-display the barcode if secondary entry is required. This feature is currently only available for Archtics and select Host events, and will be expanded to other markets in Q3.
- Improved Event Image Treatment - Event images now use a tiled and blurred approach instead of mirroring, creating a cleaner visual presentation.
- Enhanced Fan Information - Fans can now view detailed reference information directly in the Ticket Info section, including reference number and ticket holder details, such as title, first name, and last name. This is available for Sport XR clients.
- Wayfinding Overlay Refinements - The wayfinding overlay has been enhanced to better support very bright and very dark colors. Improvements include increased contrast for white, near-white, black, and near-black backgrounds, along with improved border treatments for better visibility across color ranges.
- Clearer Delayed Delivery Messaging - For events with delay delivery enabled, updated messaging provides clearer information on when barcodes will be available. New copy includes:
- “Barcode Will Display 3 Days Before Your Event” (when the date is unspecified)
- “Barcode Will Display on [date]” (specific date of when the barcode will be available)

Modules
“I Got In” Module
Fans with tickets to events in Microflex markets using the iOS Ticketmaster app will now see the “I Got In” module. This feature enables fans to easily share their attendance on social media using a branded, visually engaging event card without exposing sensitive information such as order numbers or barcodes.

Module Analytics
Analytics tracking is now available for custom module buttons in the new order details page designs. App providers can capture engagement data when users interact with module buttons, enabling better visibility into user behavior and feature performance.
Please work with your app provider to access and report on this data as needed.
